This is a very simple chicken curry recipe which I often cook at home. My kids love this chicken curry. Anybody can cook this chicken curry because very few ingredients are required and very easy to cook.
So here I am sharing this recipe. Hope everyone like it. Serve it as a side dish with steamed rice or roti.

 - 1/2 tsp coriander powder
 - 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
 - 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
 - 2 tbsp mustard oil
 - 1 potato cut in four pieces ( optional)
 - Salt to taste

METHOD :
- Cut chicken into pieces. Wash under running water. Keep aside.
 - In a pan heat oil. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped onions. Fry for some time.
 - Add chopped tomatoes. Fry till oil separates.
 - Add chicken pieces. Add potatoes. Fry for some time.
 - Add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder.
 - Mix well. Again fry for some time.
 - Add salt.
