Banana cake is a cake where bananas are used as a primary ingredient. You can use leftover ripe bananas to make this cake. It's a very easy recipe. INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter or refined vegetable oil
 - 2 large ripe bananas
 - 1 tbsp baking powder
 - 2 tbsp tutti frutti
 
METHOD:
- Mash the bananas using mixer grinder.
 - In a large bowl beat eggs.
 - Add unsalted butter or vegetable oil. Mix well.
 - Add mashed bananas. Mix well.
 - Add maida, baking powder and powdered sugar. Mix everything well to make a lump free batter.
 - Add tutti frutti and mix well.
 - Grease oil or butter in a cake pan.
 - Pour the batter in the pan.
 - In a preheated oven, bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
