Biscuit cake is a very simple cake recipe. You can use any biscuit of your choice. Here I have used leftover broken biscuits to make this delicious leftover biscuits cake. It is a very simple recipe and good for beginners who wants to know how to bake a cake.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup broken biscuit
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter or vfegetable oil
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
METHOD:
- Grind the broken biscuits to a fine powder.
- In a large bowl beat eggs.
- Add unsalted butter or vegetable oil. Mix well.
- Add biscuit powder, maida, baking powder, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Mix everything well to make a lump free batter.
- Grease oil or butter in a cake pan.
- Pour the batter in the pan.
- In a preheated oven, bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
