Biscuit cake is a very simple cake recipe.  You can use any biscuit of your choice.  Here I have used leftover broken biscuits to make this delicious leftover biscuits cake. It is a very simple recipe and good for beginners who wants to know how to bake a cake.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup broken biscuit 
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida) 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar 
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter or vfegetable oil 
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 1 tbsp baking powder 
METHOD:
  1. Grind the broken biscuits to a fine powder.
  2. In a large bowl beat eggs. 
  3. Add unsalted butter or vegetable oil. Mix well. 
  4. Add biscuit powder, maida, baking powder, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Mix everything well to make a lump free batter. 
  5. Grease oil or butter in a cake pan. 
  6. Pour the batter in the pan. 
  7. In a preheated oven, bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
