Bhat aru Masor Petu Bhoja / Fried Rice with Fish Intestine

INGREDIENTS:


  • 100 gm fish intestine of any fish, big or small
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice 
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 2-3 tbsp mustard oil
  • Salt to taste.

METHOD:

  1. Clean and wash the fish intestines under running water.  
  2. Cut the chillies lengthwise and make half of them. 
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and turmeric.  Add fish intestines and cook for 2-3 minutes till the oil separates. 
  4.  Now add cooked rice,  green chillies and salt. Cook til oil separates. 
  5. Remove from heat. Serve hot with rice.
