The recipe of Fish curry with Spinach
Ingredients:
- 4 piece fish
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1/2+1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2-3 green chillies
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash fish and rub with salt and turmeric powder.
- Chop spinach, tomato and green chilies.
- In a pan heat oil. Fry fish pieces. Drain and keep aside.
- In the remaining oil add fenugreek seeds. When crackling, add turmeric powder.
- Add chopped tomato, spinach and green chillies. Stir and fry. Add salt and 1 cup of water. Bring to boil.
- Add fried fish pieces. Cook for 5 minutes by covering the pan.
- Remove from heat . Serve hot with rice.
