The recipe of Fish curry with Spinach
4 piece fish
1 bunch of spinach
1/4 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
2-3 green chillies
2 tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
Wash fish and rub with salt and turmeric powder. Chop spinach, tomato and green chilies.
In a pan heat oil. Fry fish pieces. Drain and keep aside. In the remaining oil add fenugreek seeds. When crackling, add turmeric powder.
Add tomato, spinach and green chillies. Stir and fry. Add salt and 1 cup of water. Bring to boil.
Add fried fish pieces. Cook for 5 minutes by covering the pan.
Remove from heat . Serve hot with rice.
