- 500 gms pork
- 1 capsicum
- 2 big onion
- 4-5 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 2-3 tbsp corn flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp black peeper
- powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Cut pork in cube sized pieces.
- Similarly cut capsicum and onions also in cube sized pieces.
- Boil pork in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles. Drain and pour pork in a bowl.
- Add beaten egg, red chilli powder , salt, corn flour, vinegar, peeper and little water with pork pieces. Mix well and keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- In a pan heat oil. Fry pork pieces. Drain and keep aside.
- In the remaining oil add chopped garlic, onion and capsicum pieces. Stir and fry. Add fried pork pieces.
- Now add tomato sauce, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Stir and mix and cook for few minutes.
- Remove from heat. Serve hot with fried rice.
