Gharuwa : Ghost Chilli Pickle Review / ঘৰুৱা : ভোট জলকীয়া আচাৰ - এটি সমীক্ষা

* This post is not a sponsored post but an honest review.  At a glance : Gharuwa is a Morigaon, Assam based pickle producer and supplier company managed by Pranab Singha and his team. The word 'gharuwa' means homemade. So the aim of the company is to give a homemade taste to its customers. Although they produce lemon(নেমু), Indian olives(জলফাই) and jujube(বগৰী) pickles, their ghost chilli or bhut jolokia pickle is more famous and in demand. My Review on Gharuwa : Ghost Chilli Pickle / ঘৰুৱা : ভোট জলকীয়া আচাৰ - এটি সমীক্ষা - I received two sample bottles of Gharuwa bhut jolokia pickle two weeks ago from the owner of Gharuwa. Leftover Biscuit Balls/Ladoo

Do not throw the leftover broken biscuits and crumbs .  Try this simple biscuit ladoo recipe made from leftover biscuits .  You can use any leftover biscuits either sweet or salty. You can also mix different types of biscuit crumbs together to make this recipe. I'm using ghee in this recipe.  You can use either cow ghee or buffalo ghee. Ghee is clarified butter which is used as a cooking medium in India since time immemorial.  But hey! don't worry if you don't have ghee. You can use butter instead of ghee. I have used buffalo ghee here. Buffalo ghee is white in colour and good for weight gain. So I didn't used too much of it out of weight gaining fear.  But these biscuit balls...... I couldn't stopped myself... It was just yummy 😋.  Leftover Biscuit Balls/Ladoo 📎 Course :  Sweets  📎Cuisine :  Indian 🔪Preparation Time :  5 minutes ♨Cooking Time :  10 minutes  🕞Total :  15 minutes INGREDIENTS: 1 cup leftover biscuit crumbs
