Oats Coated Crispy Fried Pork

Do you love pork?  Me too.  Try this oats coated crispy fried pork and I'm sure this tender and juicy fried pork with crunchy oats coated outside will disappear from the table in a minute.

  • 500 gms pork
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice 
  • 1+3 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp black peeper powder
  • Crushed oats 5 tbsp
  • Oil to fry 
  • Salt to taste.


  1. Cut pork in cube sized pieces and wash under running water. 
  2. Boil pork in a pressure cooker for 1 or 2 whistles. Drain and keep aside. 
  3. Take a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, beaten egg, red chilli powder , salt, vinegar, peeper, 1 tbsp corn flour and little water. Mix well to make a batter. 
  4. Add pork pieces in the marinate, mix well and keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes .
  5. In a plate take the remaining corn flour and in another plate take the crushed oats. 
  6. Take a piece of marinated pork and roll over the corn flour and then roll it in the crushed oats. 
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork pieces in medium heat till brown. 
  8. Tasty oats coated crispy fried pork is ready to serve.
