How to Roll Papad

Papad is also called Papadum. The papad is a thin round shaped Indian food which becomes crispy like chips after cooking.
Papad is usually made from different lentils. There are different varieties and sizes of papad available in the market. Papad can be either fried or roasted.

Papad is served as an accompaniment to an Indian meal as a   snack or as a starter.

By the following video I am sharing how to roast papad in a  tava and how to make it's roll.
