Chilli Pork 
Continuing with my Indo-Chinese recipe, this one is really very tasty. Pork is different  from chicken.  Its cooking time and cooking style is different and it's taste is also different. Indo-Chinese recipes are easy to cook and it's different from Indian style of cooking.  Less or no powdered spices are used in Indo-Chinese cooking, only some Chinese sauces are used to cook the dish. Chilli Pork

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 gms pork
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 big onion
  • 4-5 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2-3 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp black peeper
  • powder
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste



METHOD:

  1. Cut pork in cube sized pieces.
  2. Similarly cut capsicum and onions also in cube sized pieces.
  3. Boil pork in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles. Drain and pour pork in a bowl.
  4. Add beaten egg, red chilli powder , salt, corn flour, vinegar, peeper and little water with pork pieces. Mix well and keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  5. In a pan heat oil. Fry pork pieces. Drain and keep aside.
  6.  In the remaining oil add chopped garlic, onion and capsicum pieces. Stir and fry. Add fried pork pieces.
  7. Now add tomato sauce,  soy sauce and chilli sauce. Stir and mix and cook for few minutes.
  8. Remove from heat. Serve hot with fried rice.
